The national Wings of Freedom Tour, which features WWII aircraft, is taking place in Pasco at Bergstrom Aircraft June 28-July 2.
In addition to the walking tours, you can reserve a flight on one of the WWII planes (flights take place before and after tours).

30-minute flight on the B-25 is $400 per person

Spirit of America Fun Run - July 1From 9 a.m. - 12 noon
Spirit of America Trail (Zintel Canyon) in Kennewick
Fee: $25 per person - registration ends June 30 at 11:59 p.m.
This is a 2.5 mile run on the Spirit of America Trail in Zintel Canyon in Kennewick. The trail includes sections that are paved, gravel, and dirt. Registration is $25 and includes a T-Shirt. We can only accept the first 100 registrations. The race is not chip timed, but we will manually record times at the finish and post results.

Marie Noorani and Nathan Robles are both local artists working in the Tri-City area. Marie Noorani works with handmade paper and Nathan Robles works with welded steel. While they employ very different materials to make Art, they are both interested in constructing new complex forms from fragmented parts. Both artists create powerful metaphors through juxtaposition, process, and an uneasy tension between order and chaos.

LIGO Public ToursLIGO Hanford Observatory, west of Richland off Horn Road, 127124 N. Highway 10.
Come take a look at LIGO! At 1:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. on the second Saturday of every month we offer free public drop in tours that will give you an excellent look at our facility. Tours usually last about two hours. Tours work best for participants of middle school age and up, but all ages are welcome.
Note: tours are no longer taking place on the fourth Friday of the month.
